Most consultations surface a pattern and leave it there. This is different. Over four sessions, we go underneath the pattern, to the subconscious blocks and inherited roles that keep generating it: the role you took on in your family, the belief you absorbed before you had words for it, the part of you that learned to stay small so you'd stay safe.

Each session is a guided shadow work process: we name what's running the pattern, meet it directly, and work with it. Between sessions, you'll receive integration prompts to sit with, so the shift doesn't stay contained to the hour we spend together.

This work builds session to session, so a minimum of 4 is required to book. Shadow material rarely resolves in one pass.
