Refund Policy

1. Physical Products (Crystals, Bracelets, Spell Jars)

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized items
• Spiritual products that have been energetically prepared or consecrated
• Digital products

3. Tarot Readings and Consultations

Due to the intangible nature of spiritual services, tarot readings and consultations are non-refundable once delivered or the session has taken place.
